One of our themes this term has been colours

We have looked at colour mixes, hot and cold colours, dark and light colours, seasonal colours and the colours we find in nature.

Here we have drawn some hot and cold colours.

The oranges and reds in a bonfire are HOT colours.

Fireworks make lovely bright colours.

The colours around us change with the seasons . . .

. . . and between day and night.

We also looked at where people and animals live.

Some people live in blocks of flats.

Others live in cottages, just like the Three Bears in the story Goldilocks.

Spiders live in a web and snails have a shell.

And tiny creatures shelter among leaves.
